Another SCAM to report, this time "Domain Renewal Group"

I class this as really bad advertising designed to fool a non IT person. As a business owner you need to be aware of what is going on.

Yes it is a scam, Domain Renewal Group send “marketing material” that looks like an invoice to renew the domain name.
They then transfer the domain into their control from your current provider.

I called the number and spoke to the person at the support. Their phone number is + 1 905 479 2533 .

I am sharing our experience with Unwired an ISP in Fiji that you may like to know about.

Unwired provide Internet Services to residential and businesses. We have a shared broadband service with unwired, together with every other ISP in the country. This link is a shared corporate, meaning 10 people share a common access point to the premises. It is not a dedicated link, so downloads based on the other 9 businesses downloading. We do not need a dedicated link for this service, just reliability, and something that has not happened over the last 2 months.

I find the article fascinating, opening up a "can of worms". While the technology allows it, and many employees are requesting the freedom and power that remote teleworking provides, it can come at a price for the employer's in Australia.

I think this has become ridiculous where the employer is liable when a person is walking down stairs in socks, and then slips. The judge concerned obviously has no staff or experience as an employer.

It was pouring rain but I made it to the venue on time. Hot coffee and a very friendly group of people were gathering in the ‘Red room’ of course.
